    Skis and Bindings, and misc

    I have:
Used 175 Volkl 5 Stars, the top sheet is a bit beat up, but they have been stored and transported more than skied, so the bases and edges are still in great shape. With Marker demo bindings, DIN 3-12. $250

Barely Used (2 days) 168 Volkl Superspeeds, with Marker Demo bindings, DIN 3-12. These are incredible carving skis. $350

Used Salomon Screams Hots 165, these have heel peices, but are lacking the plastic thingy that mounts to the pilot plate and the heel peice slides into. They'd make a sick sled, or some jackass thing like that. $50

I also have several pairs of marker demo bindings, M1000's DIN 3-11, and i think some DIN 4-12 or something like that, $50/pair

And, New Burton Freestyle Bindings, Small, $75

Barely Used (couple runs) K2 Factor Snowboard Boots, size mens 9 $75

Used Burton Synco bindings, large $20

Used Leedom Helmet, no big hits taken in it though, says the size is large, but I'm pretty sure it is a medium, Grey $20

Used Boulder Gear Pants, Blue, Large, full zip down sides, not gore, $20

All prices are very negotiable, but do not include shipping. I really want to get rid of most of this crap.

The screams have some gouges on the base, one small core shot, which does connect with the edge, but without signifigant damage to the edge, Ill have pics soon, have to borrow a digital camera though

Just out of curiosity ~ did the Pilot system fail on the Screams? (ie: the binder rail crack, etc?)

not half as bad as rossi bindings, or many others, in my experiance, pretty much every binding is quite breakable, but anyway, i tried to upload the pics of all of these, and it said the file was too large, so i don't really know how i would take a picture that takes up less space. Anybody got any ideas let me know, I also found a bunch of other stuff i want to sell, so I am starting a new thread, when i do that, i'll put the link on here. Anybody want pics i can e mail them to you. Thanks

And yes, it was the plastic binder rail that cracked, in many places actually, every place there was a screw, i only noticed it because one cracked all the way through, the rest were partial cracks, and salomon wasn't too helpful about replacing them, even though they were under warenty, they wouldn't answer my e mails. Evil bastards.

Just an FYI: If those plastic track things aren't mounted in a specific way, they can crack where the screw goes through them.

I had 1 blow out in the middle of a high speed turn and 3 more start to crack before I had my skis sent back to salomon to have them fixed correctly.
