Yeah. Will make it harder to put pressure on Ben and take pressure off the secondary.

Will it matter when Chubb, Hunt and Johnson all go into Covid protocol on Saturday night?

And did ya see the schedule next year? Not easy. Glad they made the playoffs this year...

I swear they need to just lock everyone in the building for this week.

No, I haven’t looked at the schedule, I can barely look past Sunday.

Opening line is -4.5. Not terrible.

Whoever wins the Lombardi trophy this year should get 2 of them. When you consider that not only does that team have to beat all the other teams but also beat Covid, it becomes a truly remarkable feat.

It makes perfect sense...until you think about it.

I suspect there's logic behind the madness, but I'm too dumb to see it.

    FOR FUCK'S SAKE.

Head Coach Kevin Stefanski and two other coaches and two other players have tested positive for COVID-19 and will be out for playoff game against Steelers

Well, it was really fun celebrating the playoff birth but now it looks as if the season is over. Great run boys. You went 11-5 on the season and like 4-24 against COVID.

    Not helping.

Now reports are that the players are a WR and an OL.

We don't need those, nah, we good.

I've never been attuned to the Browns other than: long history of badness and achieving the "loveable loser" status.

But btwn yours and EW's posts, I really have to say: YOU CANNOT MAKE THIS SHIT UP!

Do they file any "History of the Cleveland Browns" books in the fiction section...just bc no one would believe there could possibly believe this much futility and bad luck belongs with any one group of people?

Starting LG Joel Bitonio and WR Kha'darrel Hodge per ESPN.

Just wait till contact tracing expands this list. What about Stillers too? They just played them, surely there might be some positives there too?

Just hope everyone's healthy, what a shitshow.

I think the fans have reached a new stage in the grief process. Last caller I heard said, "how incredible would it be if the Browns went on the road to Pittsburgh, down 7 players due to Covid, down several starters to injury, down a HEAD COACH and other position coaches due to Covid, and STILL won the game? Good news is they'd get all those guys back the next week!"

I want whatever is in that guy's drink.

Drag racing with weed in the car during the playoffs. Hopefully they weren't passing the joint and spreading more corona. I'm guessing they swallowed the J which is a smart move in the situation.

    https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/...ed-drag-racing

I hope OBJ doesn't start handing out covid infested $100 bills to the rookies, that could take out more players.

Also, Higgins might want to hire a better PR person:
On Tuesday evening, Higgins posted on Twitter that his "foot slipped," in regard to the drag racing citation, before deleting the tweet. He also posted he "was tryna get away from Covid," before deleting that tweet, as well.

While any behavior like that is I’ll advised, this is a weak non-story. 80 in a 60 pfft. Anyone who has ever driven in Ohio knows that there’s a state trooper running radar every half mile and that speed limits are stupid low - revenue enhancement.

The joint is a bone head move too, whoever had it; but the cop destroyed it on his body cam. Any one of us would expect the same treatment these days.

It’s a $150 speeding ticket and weak ass reporting going for the “oh look how the Browns f’d up now” angle.

Something doesn't compute here. "Drag racing" and "80mph?" What the hell were they drag racing, Vespas?

No no no. “Drag racing” goes with “suspected joint”, not “80 mph.”

    See? Makes more sense.

Pah-leeze. Four straight super bowl appearences resulting in four straight losses proves definitively that WNY has disappointment on lock.

The two franchises, and cities, share more than just grey skies and seasonal affective disorder.

Hey, I hear ya, you've had it tough. But you clearly don't know the Brown's history if you want to challenge for the title.

Even the NFL themselves makes fun of us. They ranked the "Pain" of each fan base. They said 6 of the top 7 were hard. But not number 1. It was Cleveland. The quote that starts the article "How could it be anyone else?"

And this was written in 2015 - BEFORE Cleveland went 0-16 and 1-15 in consecutive years. BEFORE the Kitchens fire.

    God we suck.

    https://www.nfl.com/news/pain-rankin...p3000000503270

Edit: I like this quote: "The jury is very much out on recent first-round picks Justin Gilbert, Barkevious Mingo, and, of course, Johnny Manziel."

    That aged well.
