Although if I use as much salt as they do on those shows I'm gonna need another BP pill.

It could be thats cuz they don't use Iodized table salt

I use kosher salt even tho I'm not jewish

I like those short Jaques Pepin vids, alot of them are really simple & don't have recipes,

I'm gonna update my go to shows from five years ago:

    #1, still Pasquale Sciarappa/OrsaraRecipes.
#2, Sip & Feast, on YouTube.
    #3, Vincenzo's Plate on YT.
#4, ATK & Cooks Country on streaming.
#5, a very few select Epicurious YT, how to slice every fruit/every veg.
#6, Steven Raichlen, entertaining to watch but no way I would buy all the cool but expensive BBQ hardware he uses.

Can watch only in small doses:
    - Nick Stellino, Jamie Oliver & Gennaro Contaldo. Jacques & Julia.
“The best argument in favour of a 90% tax rate on the rich is a five-minute chat with the average rich person.”

    - Winston Churchill, paraphrased.
