Stewart’s is most likely putting a store in Marcellus. Furthest west expansion

It pains me when I seeJolley in Stewart's territory. But since there's a Cumbie's overlap, NBD?

I didn't realize there are only a couple of Stewarts left with walk-up ice cream windows. I'm going to have to check out the one in Poughkeepsie, what others are still out there?

nice pipe dream… but there is a reason it failed in the first place. annual snowfall is exceedingly low for a ski area. i think the only place that gets a lower average annual snowfall in upstates is hickory.

Hmmph. I skied there twice and it was knee deep both times with great tree skiing. I guess I was there the only time it snowed those years.

Yeah, what the hell, they got a big old lake at the bottom, should be able to make plenty of snow. Don’t let me talk you out of buying it.

I’m curious if his allegation regarding first nations having an impact on Upstate not being populated has any weight.

He overshoots MTL population by double but even if the MTL metro area is included he’s still off by 500k or so.

Speaking of rez gas n smokes, we just got the first rez dispensary (or any non-gas station dick-pill Delta-8 garbage dispensary for that matter) within 3 hours of metro ATL; wonder how many state troopers they'll have manning that 2 lane road up into Smokey Mountains Nat'l Park now?

For a while there probably will be a direct correlation. It'll fade after a while. When Mass first started legal NY and CT we're sending "watchers" to the stores near the border so as you'd cross the line they could get you. It just meant using alternate routes and finding some cool back roads. It didn't last long.
