In the AFC, there are the Chiefs, a gap, then everyone else.
Mahomes will take Brady's place of decade long dominance in the AFC. I dread having to play them in January.

Anyone heard from Timberridge this morning? That's a big win.

Not liking that first round matchup with that "other" Lake Erie team for my Brownies if that holds pat.

Not to mention...didn't the Titans just kill them a month ago? When playoffs roll around (assuming the Titans can outlast the Colts), Derrick Henry, in bad weather, make for a tough out....or in good weather.

Ni hao Bmills! Bills helping out the Brownies in the AFC North, now its up to Baker tonight!

That was a weird game. How did the Pittsburghs ever get to 11 wins with that shit? The offense is a dink and dunk TB12 special with zero run game? They better start looking for a new QB in the upcoming draft if that game is a sign of what's to come.

I find Mike Tomlin highly entertaining btw.

Much appreciated! I've been noticing that for a while now that the great white groper over there in Yinzerland has no running game to back him up. (not that it stopped them from beating up on the Brownies several weeks back).

Nervous for tonight's game; national spotlight, blowing 20-30 off Lake Erie and freezing fucking cold. Thunder and Lightning better show up.

I've been sitting on a 12 pack of Great Lakes Brewing Co. Dortmunder Gold for just this occasion so either way, I'll be spittin drunk by midnight.

Toss in the NYT's article on the Tribe dropping their name this year on top of this game and I'm just one announcement that Lindor has been traded for a bag of balls and some chewing gum away from spending my next 24 hours in the Drink the Depression Away thread.

I support the brewery choice. They are good guys - who live and breathe Browns and The Baseball Team Previously Know As The Indians.

I support the drinking quantity. I will be right there with you.

I am scared to death about tonight's game. If the Browns win they are 99% likely to make the playoffs. That is a confusing sentence to write.

I fully expect Lamar to run for 457 yards.

I fully expect to meet you tomorrow in the depression thread over a second 12 pack bemoaning a 20 point loss.

Solid call on the Great Lakes Dortmunder. I break that out for special occasions too. Save some for Jan 3 @1pm when you sew up the top spot in the North.

Like how weird is 2020 with the Browns and Bills both in contention?

    Good luck tonight!

Thanks! Browns Bills success is very on-brand for this year.

Especially since no one can go to the games.

Btw, you can get Great Leaks beer in ATL or do you have to import it yourself?

Sadly, no, despite my exhaustive pleas.

Self-import a few cases at a time each trip north to visit fam. The kid and the dog suffer the most on the return leg given the added cargo, but now with my new roof box I'm hoping to haul a LOT more back next week.

One of the top, but by record, they are not the best team- as pointed out that is the KC Chiefs right now.

Now that they have cans you can fit more.

Jersey update. My dad bought my kid both a Baker and an Odell jersey. Bought Odell first, then panicked and decided he could be gone next year, bought Baker as backup.

What are the chances we end up with Wentz as starting QB next season due to some bizarre string of events? I mean, it's definitely not zero, right?

Finally, if you don't own a Burning River Pale Ale t-shirt I may need to send you one for Christmas. Great shirt.

Speaking of "has been traded for a bag of balls and some chewing gum," all the talk this morning was how to get rid of Wentz. Most likely: to Frank Reich and the less volatile (violent(?)) Midwestern fanbase and media outlets.

I've never been a Wentz guy, but it's a little premature to be thinking that Hurts is the savior of the franchise.

But hey, if you guys want an even swap (plus the balls (properly inflated) and gum)...that's definitely doable.

idk, they didn't look great yesterday. they've had quite a few close games against pretty shitty teams: denver, carolina, and the chargers, in ot nonetheless. also, a loss to the raiders is still a loss to the raiders, a team that needed a miracle to beat the fucking jets.

and yet the Bills have 3 losses to the Chiefs 1. One of those losses to the Chiefs. Not to mention the Chiefs are defending champs and have the best QB in the game. The Bills are looking good, and maybe they go all the way. But at this point in time, to say the Bills are better? Uh, no.

I mean, if you're going to play the "Team A lost to team B, and Team B lost (or in this case almost lost) to terrible Team C, so Team D must be better", why not do that to the Bills? The Bills lost to a team that lost to the Raiders who almost lost to the Jets! Also, the Bills lost to the Titans who lost to the lowly Bengals!
