    EBay etiquette clear up

I need some help on an Ebay rules. There is an item that I would buiy but due to shipping it wouldn't be worth it. This item could be of use to someone but I don't want to screw up someone who has been watching it(if anyone has) by posting it. The item closes in 6 hours and has no bids as of yet.

You make the call do I post or not.

Is anyone one here waiting to pounce on an awesome deal?

Unless the item is unbefrggenleavable and no one answers YES to the above question... then leave it be. Ignorance is bliss and my paypal account doesn't need more money sent through it...

The reason you don't post ebay auctions is because other Maggots may be watching those auctions, waiting to snipe them at the last minute.

    Good job.

There I deleted the link, there has been no action on the auction so there you go. I guess that it being on Ebay for 10 days should have given everyone the chance they needed to follow it.

It ended with no bids so I guess it didn't matter anyway.

Most people wait until the last few minutes of an auction before they start bidding, so you can't really gauge the interest in an auction until it is over.

I think you did the right thing by deleting the link anyways though.

Sort of a gaggle of shit that included A pair of 27.5 Nordica Grand Prix's two pair of poles (one being the nearly indestructible Scott world Cup), a couple of pairs of gloves, some goggles and a set of Kastle Pure Machine sl's with a Salomon DR9 binding ( din to 14). Looks like a bunch of crap but for $20 I thought it might have had some worth.

Deleting was the right move. I posted here first because I didn't think that it would be seen by everyone but would get the right answer from the right people on what my course of action would be. Now I know.
