I have had my fair share of problems with them too but I alway scall and bitch at them in a professional manner and they get their shit together usually in a timely fashion.

Discalimer: I have not had to deal with them in about a year and half though.

I had a bad experience too. They were backordered on what I wanted, but they never sent me an email to explain the situation. Won't use them again.

Yeah, I've had a bad experience with Airbomb. Ordered some trailking pedals, they took 4 weeks to send them and then sent the wrong (cheaper) pedals. Of course they charged me for the more expensive ones....

Call them... took me 5 minutes to cancel my order. They said they were having problems with their email. Of course that was 3.5 weeks ago.
