Interesting article. I wish in pieces like that the would discuss sickness rate as much as death rate. I’m not super concerned about keeling over on the spot and I know a few other people that aren’t either. 5 weeks on a ventilator only to die or not fully recover is not an enviable option. Last time I looked China was reporting 60,000 non recovered. What’s up with them? If they’re doing great, great. Maybe lean towards get back to business and salvage economy. If half of the 60k are withering on the vine then maybe let’s try to mimick Hong Kong. I heard China was dismantling one hospital, but heard one collapsed killing a couple people too. Not sure if the same.

On Sunday, Washington's governor ordered all restaurants, coffee shops, bars+breweries to cease indoor service and adopt a take-out only business model. Most places in this town complied Monday morning, and announced their new SOPs on facebook, twitter, email, etc. But since the deadline for compliance wasn't until midnight, a bar out by the city limit stayed open with business as usual until the bitter end. When I drove by on my way home, the parking lot was overflowing with pickups, and there was a fucking lineup at the door.
