I'll go first.

It's been four years and a couple months since I've brushed, combed or otherwise spent more than 10 seconds "styling" my hair.

I haven't drank a cup of coffee in 30 years and 13 days.

I haven't had a cookie in one hour and twelve minutes.

Sick and ashamed and happy (and not betting on that last one to last much longer),
