    I pulled the job as it seemed that I was getting a lot of people looking for a work visa

    It’s mediocre compared to Jackson or something but it’s better than New Jersey

    FWIW, the best office I ever worked in was chock full of people who were vastly overqualified for their positions: they made conscious choices regarding lifestyle and work/life balance. The end result was the happiest, most consistently positive workplace I ever had the privilege of spending time.

    Yup, that’s where I am at. Busted my ass to build a career and now when I look at where I am, I would rather have good work life balance and be around people that share my interest.
