    Searching for Bro beta

Can someone help a JONG and point me any threads discussing the flex differences on the Bros? I tried searching with no luck. I can’t decide on a stiff or soft for my aggressive fat tele ass. I’m not asking for someone to tell me what to purchase just looking for additional info so I can make up my mind and throw down.

    You searched nothing.

If you can't find bro info here on your own, you have bigger problems.

My searches end up like this. I should start out in Tech Talk on how to search.

    Thanks for the links Twoplanker.

I briefly spoke with Splat and tried to hook up with him to fondle his Bros but timing didn’t workout.

Splat – If I send you cash for stiffs now and then happen to make to your location before production would I be able to change to the softs?

E, Get the stiff. It really isn't that stiff. Similar kind of snappiness to the old Blizzard 8.2/Tusnami, but fatter.

i don't know about all that. I love the bro but you can't pay me to ski on a pair of those dead blizzard 8.2's. I just never felt like the ski was performing but instead I was working harder. I find the stiff bro to be softer in the tip than an explosive but similar to it in the tail.

Headsup Seymour that the switch to aspen cores may skew the flex comparison info you see in some older threads. The new soft core seems stiffer to me than what people were saying in the initial thread(s). My only comparison I can offer is that the soft aspen feels probably 15% softer than my G4s. I'm guessing the stiff has it down over the G4s.

Interesting, what version of the 8.2s are you thinking of? The Orange ones from 3 years ago (same time that tua was working with them developing the tsunami from the same mold), I thought they were damn good skis. The grey ones subsequent lost a lot of the character that I liked.

    Haahahhah

Your first search is for "modle" [sic] and your second is for "skis"
    You do suck at searching.

Hey Nate - I started to write you an e-mail last night on this subject but then decided to start a thread. The flex of your pair made me think of the flex of my Tsunamis. It was that 5 second hand job that sold me on the Bros. Sometimes I feel like I’m getting old and need back off a bit. The roller blade injuries I am currently healing from certainly would have been easier to bounce back from when I was 25. I could just be getting ahead of myself. I have been leaning towards the stiff from the start. I’m thinking my mass alone would dictate the stiff.

yeah, those orange titan 8.2's were the ones. the 9.2 on the other hand was a better ski. I can't even remember much to draw a comparison from but the yellow 9.2's seemed to flow a little better than the 8.2's.

Why is it when I heard the words "school" and "explosion" I immediately thought of the word "SKINNER!!!"
