I think we need some photographic evidence, you made the correct choice.

Bolt-on’s usually benefit the next in line, in Aspen.

I’m not seriously in on this. If you want to drag it up here and pending a picture or 4 I’d allow you to leave it in my driveway. Cash money? You’ll do better somewhere else.

If you’re hitting Ripley or MQT mountain let me know and I’ll try to link up with you for a few turns, though.

Thanks man. I would like to give the boat away. But, I am getting ready to retire early and I am looking at buying a house up there so I will probably assume the boat. Maybe we can hang out sometime in the future.

Surprisingly, no. I saw the sprinter from a ways out but didn’t notice the plates.

And that’s not it, but could be another good opportunity.

Drat, there goes the dream of some benevolent benefactor swooping in in his quarter million dollar sprinter van to revitalize western UP skiing. But if you happen to know any such benevolent benefactors, the land Mt. Bohemia is on is also for sale. https://americanforestmanagement.com...-heartlands/45

This came up last year. Boho has like a 75 year lock on the land lease. The land sale would change nothing. Details evade me but Lonnie laid them out.

Yeah, I assume there's a fairly resilient lease in place. Still, I'd love to read it myself. I just need to convince AFM I'm the sort of guy willing to drop $15 million on some timber land and not some grad school dropout.

Holy crap. I guess I should ski a day at indianhead this year because of the suddenly distinct possibility of it finally changing after all these years!
