    WTB: Verizon Cell Phone

Mine just happened to fall in the drink with me last weekend. I guess replacement cost is upwards of $170.
Anybody got an old phone they want to get rid of?

I have a verizon phone that works. I swithced to Sprint. If you want it is yours. PM me and I will get it to you. Save some time since I am in SLC. It is about two years old cheaper motorola model.

I'd trade one for a nice shag carpet.

If you want something nicer and can drop a few $ I've got an Audiovox 8900 cam phone, with the mod already done so it doesn't flash "VERIZON WIRELESS" at you and shows the time instead. About 1.5 years old. I have the car charger, box, and the data cable is sitting around someplace too. PM if interested.

    grizz,

call verizon's 1-800 instead of going in and ask them about the $50 replacement phone. you have to send your busted one back in but you get a refurbished unit that works. if that doesn't work you can swing by my house and borrow my old one. i'm out of town but pm me for info.

I crashed on the Roadie and smooshed my verizon Moto flipper or other the other day, I still get calls and such but the screen has gone black. My contract expires next week so I dont want a new phone, but does anyone know if there is a chance I can quickly fix it
