Finally bought a new bike, 4 years since my last got stolen. This time I know to get better insurance...
Plumped for a Gary Fisher Hoo Koo E Koo, got a decent price (for the UK) on one of of last year's models. So stoked! Hope it'll live up to how much I loved my last ride, a Fisher Aquila. Only two days til it should arrive, getting uber impatient.

The bike got here! So stoked right now, can't wait to get off work and go for a ride.
First look suggests a sweet ride. I had a short tootle around and love the feel of the bike. I want to play with settings (especially the shocks) and upgrade a few components (pedals are Shimano POS, brakes too) but it all looks very promising. Bring it on the Alpine trails.
