Can login to my phone app

I can't login to my phone (iPhone X) app with correct user name and password.
I even changed password to see if that'll make any difference but no luck.

Still not working.
User name and password works on PC/Mac browser but won't work on phone's app and browser.

I had to delete the app this morning and then reinstall to get things working. a PITA but it appears to have fixed the issue

Deleted/reinstalled the app and restarted the phone.
Nothing's working yet.
