Old thread bump. I’m looking for under binding cant strips. Is Tongan still the place? Any wider ones available?

In light of this thread bump, I’m astounded at how many people say they have shimmed their tech bindings with no issues. I tried this with a few different brands of tech toes and couldn’t get it to work. I would release out the toe prematurely in many situations which I attributed to the increased load on one side causing the wings of the tech toe to open. I figured the increased load could damage or bend the wings too. I also ripped out a toe but this could have been due to a bad mount. Nonetheless I abandoned ship. Curious what would have caused the release issues if others are running shims with success.

CantCo. Anybody used their stuff and have an idea of dimensions? I need stuff wide enough to fit under pivots.

Never mind. They are the suppliers of the strips Tognar sells. Not wide enough.

Cantology has a video in which the dude is showing strips for touring bindings that look wide enough for what I need. Any cantology dealers on here that could put an order in for me?

I would suggest 1st make sure your feet are properly supported in the boot with a foot bed cuz my feet are flatter that piss on a plate so in bare feet my ankles are 5inches apart with my knees touching so its hard to get an edge in

foot beds either custom or the sole fix that up
