Road and Mountain biking

Haven't taken a digger on the roadie yet though

Hope it doesn't happen. Taken a number of them on my mountain bike in the past couple years. Only two on my road bike, both this year, but give me the mtn bike wrecks any day. Road rash sucks.

haven't crashed my roadie yet, but very nearly put myself in a world of pain the other night. taking a 90 degree turn at very high speed, i hit the paint on the road and had the whole bike sliding out from under me at about 25 mph. on top of this, there was a car turning from the opposite side and on top of that i'm just 3 weeks removed from having a seperated shoulder (3 torn ligaments) and it was my first time out on the bike since, so shoulder-jerk reaction didn't feel so hot. big time PHEW.
