    Need a left Dura ace shifter

    Anyone know where I can get one? Everywhere I've looked only sells them in a package, but I just need the left one.

    Good point, didn't even think about that. However, I don't believe they are for some reason. The 9 speeds are DA 7700 while the 10 speed model numbers are 7800. Don't know if it really matters though.

    I think the levers are compatible. The older levers might not work as well, but they should work.

    Or you could be like Lance with his climbing bike, and use a downtube lever on the front
