    Good to be back...

Nearly 4 months post ACL repair and I finally put in a tempo ride that felt strong start to finish. I'm not logging mileage right now as it means nothing to me but my HR was 159 avg for 1 hour 43 min with a max HR of 188. Most importantly the gimpy leg is starting to be able to keep up when jumping out of the saddle and once warm there is no pain doing this. My first ride out I nealry crashed as I rose from the saddle the first time. I was retarded. Anyway, it was good to feel good going at it a bit.

    Nice effort.

159 BPM AVERAGE? That's pretty remarkable.

Ya think? Polar HRM dosen't lie. I've done hill climbs (back in my youth) where I'd be 170's for 45-60 minutes easy.
