I have run out of the free trial on my Norton Anti-Virus. I didn't get the Norton package with my comp (used) so I can't register. Does anyone have a reg number or a link for a good free antivirus program. I searched but it wasn't very fruitful.

I knew I'd seen something in the last week but I couldn't find it, I was going insane. Thank you for not shitting on me too heavily. Core, it's computers and the interweb that shit changes like every 5 minutes for all I know there aren't even viruses anymore.

I use AVG its free and works well here is a linky.
Also if you need a free firewall you could check out zonealarm.

I hooked up the AVG thanks very easy. I already run the Zone Alarm so good info but it's covered.
