    Carson to Kirkwood 1/12/2019

    Late to post. Carson to Kirkwood traverse. Started 8:30 am, low/no wind, cloud cover. Wind packed styrofoam/icy on ridges. Traversed around north aspect of 4th July peak. Skied down nice snow on NW aspects protected from wind. Took easy way down to emigrant lake to skiers right of chutes. Arrived at bottom of Chair 4 around 1pm. Chill day and great skiing.
