I have DWTs with shifts, but everytime I’m in the BC I wish I could ski my DW Pivot 15s. Tour cores are just not enough for my size me thinks
Going to start working on that handshake to see if I can get some Casts mounted on some new DWs

See this on using 9523 boots (like the Maestrale) with Pivot/Cast. https://www.momentskis.com/products/...e-gripwalk-wtr

Anyone been on the current version of the wildcats? If so how do they compare to the OG Bibbies?

Blem sale on! Lots of stock and pretty good deals. Good thing they don’t have a DW104 in 184 or I’d be $600 poorer.
Three fundamentals of every extreme skier, total disregard for personal saftey, amphetamines, and lots and lots of malt liquor......-jack handy

Total jong question(s):
Playful charger between 100-110: bibby 108? I’ve been on normal bibby 184 tele for a while. Love them as playful chargers for 3D resort tahoe snow. Looking for something similar but narrower when there’s more 2d than 3D snow.

I have both the WC and WC108. The WC108 is slightly shorter radius, slightly softer, and obviously a little bit lighter. It's easier to ski on firmer snow. It still cuts through chop well and does well at speed. While I really like my WC108 it is similar enough to the full size WC that I am curious about the WC101 or DW104 instead.
Before it's asked about, here's the lowdown on DW104 vs WC108, straight from Moment themselves.
Sent from my SM-G965U1 using TapatalkSpring skiing is here, and with more low tide days than deep ones, we’ve all been hanging up the pow skis and looking for something a bit more suited to the conditions at hand. As much as we’d like to think it’s all pow—firm morning groomers, hunting windbuff as things warm up, and some slushy corn laps to close it out is what this time of year is all about. That’s where these two skis really shine, which is why the question we’ve gotten more than any other this year is: Should I get the Deathwish 104 or the Wildcat 108?
We may as well lay it all out for you so you’ll stop asking (you won’t):
The Wildcat 108 is a bit softer and with its deeper rocker lines and wider waist is the surfier, more playful of the two. Perfect for throwing around on the snake run, tossing through steep bumps, and wide enough to make that deep corn feel like hot pow. The Deathwish 104 on the other hand is stiffer, damper and being a touch narrower, is quicker edge to edge, offers more grip in varying conditions and is a bit more planted and locked in due to its Triple Camber profile. Ideal for rippin’ roy in the morning and hunting windbuff or zippering bump lines in the north bowls come afternoon.
If you’re looking for a playful ski that will still let you plow through crud and chop, snipe every side hit and spin slushy butters the whole way down, then you want the Wildcat 108.
If you’re someone that’s going to charge a bit harder and lay some serious trenches regardless of how firm or soft things are but are still after a twin that you can throw sideways in a pinch—well then you may just need a Deathwish 104 in your life.
Oh and ladies, before you glaze over and leave these two skis just for the guys, remember, anything they can ski, you can ski better. When we say they’re the factory favorites, we aren’t just talking about the grunge squad in the grindroom.
Interesting. The WC is so much more ski than the DW. Interesting that for the narrow variants, the WC108 is softer than the DW104. I'm intrigued by the idea of a softer WC...
I have the WC, DW and DW104 and the DWT.
WC is definitely the most damp and is the stiffest of the four. It busts through crud and is the most stable at speed. It generally wants to be skied faster than the DW. It pivots easily, but requires more energy than the DW to bend into a tighter than sidecut turn radius.
DW is the softest and the easiest to ski in tight places. It's the most maneuverable of the three. It pivots even easier than the WC and effortlessly contorts into whatever turn shape you want to make. Not a noodle, but has a speed limit for me (200lbs) in crud. It's the most forgiving of the three.
DWT is a less damp and lighter DW.
DW 104 is a stiffer, more narrow DW. I'd also say slightly less damp. It is more stable at speed for me than the DW and a lot lighter. It carves better and stays locked on an edge better that the DW. It's also more stable at speed than the the DW- I haven't found a speed limit. It needs to be driven a little more than the DW in tight spots.
