Rad. That's what I'm going with. I believe my vintage is the last or nearly the last iteration, also in 187.

I misspoke; they are 186 from 15/16. In any case, some wax stoke.

So stoked about this setup. Found it for a screamin deal on CL. Bring on the winter storms!

Thinking about pulling the trigger on some Wildcat 108 Tours for my new one ski touring setup, mounted with Kingpins.

I'm 6', 165 and ski pretty good. Looks like I'm right on the line between 184 and 190, anyone have some input? I'm leaning 184.

General thoughts on Wildcat tours? Want something I can ski it all on, don't do much spring skiing, so hard corn is less important.

I think you'll be fine on the 184 for touring.

DWT vs WCT108. Powder touring with occasional "are you sure it goes" steep stuff. Never switch. Other skis: Navis FB (Spring touring)/Woodsman/Billygoat/Protest. What would you do.... 6'2 200#.

DWT will be lighter and fatter for more meadow skipping… WCT108 should have a bit more backbone for the steeps. But honestly… you’re just splitting hairs.

I’ve toured on WCT and WCT108s and had buddies on the same trips, and terrain with the DWTs.

    It’s all good.

I’ve had long days on both the Wildcat tour 108 and Wildcat tour 118. Both ski so similarly it’s hard to really tell difference… except for weight.

Wct108 is about a pound lighter than the fat cat 118mm waist in the 190cm version.

I’m 6’ 195lbs and would ski either length and have a good time.

That said, the 190 WCT is the most fun ski I’ve ever been on.

I ski the 190 WC118s inbounds and tried the 184WCT 108 for a season. Sold them & replaced with 190s - too short & I was overpowering them. Similar height/weight as you. If you are not doing spring peak bagging & massive epics, i would go for 190.

Just got my Wildcats mounted. I'm so stoked to ski them.

Same height and weight I ski the DWT 184 as my one ski for everything. It is awesome, never find myself wishing I was on something different.

    Same size… I have the 190 WC’s and 184 WC 108’s and 184 WCT 108’s. For touring you’ll be fine going shorter.

The 184cm WCT 108s are among the best and most versatile skis I’ve ever ridden, touring or otherwise.

6'1'' 185 have DWT+freeraiders in 184 and WCT+vipecs in 190... I think im happy having the shorter option touring, and would choose the 184 DWT if i had to pick between the two. 190 118mm ski is a lot to tour on day in day out (for me).

There's snow and mine our mounted...but not enough snow to risk'em yet. Hopefully a groomer lap or two in next couple weeks.

I'm sold. Anyone know any 184 WCT 108's that aren't full retail?

I might have a used pair for sale soon if I can find someone willing to part with 187 Meridian Tours...just throwing it out there. Single mount for G3 Zed at rec for 311bsl. Great condition.

How stiff are the tips on the new WC101s?

As stiff as my 19/20 WC?

More or less than Jeff 102, or custom softer Jeff?

Need a new ski that’s approachable enough for dad park laps but still hang all mtn
