I have some eventual career goals that require an mba, which I hope to have in 6 to 10 years.
In the meantime I'm not sure what I want to do. The field I'm in isn't really what I want to do. I definitely don't love it, but I don't hate it either. My original plan was to switch careers for the interim by going to graduate school, but I'm reconsidering that in favor of moving out west and maintaining my lifestyle (time plus being close to skiing, mountain biking, hiking, etc; none of the programs that interest me are in ski country).
Choice A (grad school)
Pros: career more in line with interest and goals
Cons: 2 year lifestyle sacrifice, shouldn't cost anything but I wouldn't be making money
Choice B (stay in field, move out west)
Pros: chance to move out west sooner, not being in school
Cons: less desirable field for the interim
Choice C (fuck it and go skiing)
