    Has CAIC's website been dysfunctional to anyone else?

    Everyday I have tried to get on it this year it is just brutally slow. Not a great thing for such an important website.

    Yes, its been a little slow. Maybe Goldenbear/boy can tell us why.

    I've been having the same issues; tried different browsers, disabling adblock. No dice. Mobile app works OK though.
