The title says it all.. I had ALIF fusion on October 4th. Others who have had similar surgeries, how long did it take for you to be active and able to shred? Thanks!

6 months of no real activity. I have a friend who had a two level fusion. She skied real gingerly after 10 months.

Copy that.. It's been about 3 months for me so far... I'm definitely still very tender with bone pain, but the nerve pain has gotten much better. I was surprised when my doctor told me I could ski and take it really easy on my last visit with him last week. I probably won't attempt it until my body tells me I am ready
