I'm pretty sure that people who come up with million dollar inventions don't waste their time on ski forums. In fact, I'm certain of it.

@grskier: Same use, yeah, although I was thinking along the lines of Therm-a-rest camping mattresses so it would be super light. https://www.thermarest.com/mattresses

How about heated chair lift seats. Each chair can have a battery pack and solar charger, no need for liftees to sweep off seats in the morning. Who would not want a warm pair of bunz on a -30F powday?

Scientists now have decisive molecular evidence that humans and chimpanzees once had a common momma and that this lineage had previously split from monkeys.

Heated chair lift seats already exist. OBX chair at Canyons side of Park City has them. The contact for the heater engages when the chair detaches and swings through the bottom terminal. I think the chair was put in by ASC and they marketed the hell out of it right before the Les Otten empire collapsed under 40:1 leverage. It is actually kind of nice on a cold pow day, but I think the "did I just piss myself?" sensation is worse than I get from heated seats in a car.

I ski bag that is shaped to fit ski boots also and includes some sort of straps inside the bag to keep the boots steady when carrying the bag.

it's not that complicated and elinates the problem and hassle of trying to get ski and boot bags counted as one bag.

I was more thinking the fact that somebody else thought of it too means it's a good idea. Like my travel pillow.

I had not heard Tollbooth Willie before, Sandler used to be a little...edgier.

Ha. My bad. I guess the hotel staff were taking a piss with me being drunk.

Ski boots that fit really great, solid flex and tight control....AND are SUPER easy to put on and take off.. AND are also comfortable to wear when standing in the lift line or elsewhere. I've got boots that feel great while skiing, but are torture not skiing..
Go that way really REALLY fast. If something gets in your way, TURN!
