Yo, any NJ surfers in here?

Goin down to the jersey shores in another week to get some wave riding and drinkin on, but would love someone to show me the good spots. ive never surfed the jersey shores, so i'm not sure where to go. anyone around those parts?

Don't waste your time at Manasquan. Break is overcrowded and there are only 2 peaks. On the same day, Seaside Park will be on average 2-feet bigger. Jenks is a good shorebreak where you can get very short rides, but decent barrels. The Cove is a waste and is half the size of every other break. States Ave in AC is supposed to be good.

Waves pretty much everywhere work best with W winds and NE/SE swells, and 3 hours before low tide to almost dead high. If the wind is strong out of the N/NE, then head to Rockaway in NY.
