Thanks, Mang!!!!! Love to hear the feedback. After 13 months of agony and two months of the cream, I hardly even need it anymore on my shoulder. Now that the pain is gone there, other aches are taking the place of the shoulder as my predominant pain focus. Moving on to my knee and hip now. If it does the same miraculous whatever on those joints, I'll be the happiest guy on the planet!

How's your GF healing up?
how often do y'all apply the cream to aching/chronic (heh) areas? 1x day, 2x day, what?

Any more than 2x per day, you should see a doctor, or have a serious talk with the wife.
Amazing. Really. She's so fukking healthy, she ate vicodin for only two days after surgery. After that, it was my cream only. That's it. Fukking unreal. She's a week away from weight bearing and just said she expects some tibial plateau pain when she walks again and asked me for some more. Given that she had five breaks in the plateau plus a bone graft, if she does as well with walking as she has with healing to date, I'll pretty much shit myself.
I did it prolly 3x a day for five weeks when I first made it because my shoulder had been killin' me for a year.
Shoulder is now fine now, though minus a lot of muscle and fucked up tendons. But it's prolly 80%. Now I'm on my knee which, because it doesn't hurt as bad, I hit with the cream prolly twice a day, sometimes not at all.
I say if it hurts, put the cream on it.
For my lower back it's once a day if needed. For my one arthritic knuckle I put it on before bed since I'm usually washing my hands throughout the day. I don't find I need it every day but then I do take oral CBD daily.
I find tropicals work better (or feel like the work better) out of the shower when my skin is warm and pores are open. For my hand I wash it in warm water before applying.

Another shout out for Splat’s cream. It is really helping me with my tendonitis while ramping up mileage for trail running this spring and summer. I usually apply it twice a day, once in the morning, and before bed. If I’ve done a long run, I might put some on after I get home and stretch.
Great to hear 2bjenny!
I think that is the million dollar question.

My wife is using CBD from hemp. She uses a tincture, liquid capsule, and a salve every day. So far it seems to be helping her L5-S1 issue.
I take a combo THC-CBD in lower dosages. I have a tincture, edibles, and vape pen. I'm a believer in the 'entourage effect' using the whole plant, but the legality of it is an issue for most. And of course, the THC 'high' can pose an issue for some, although what I'm taking does not get me high in any way. The amount of THC is minimal which apparently offset by the CBD. Well, my tolerance to THC is also quite high, so I'm not really the one to say I guess.
So overdue to come off the schedule 1 listing. When are the stuffed suits going to make that happen?
LESS IS MORE
Perhaps the most striking conclusion of this study is the dramatic difference in doses for isolates compared to full spectrum CBD-rich oil extracts. The mean dosage for people using pure CBD was 25.3 mg/kg/day, but for CBD-rich extracts it was 6.0 mg/kg/day.
In other words, CBD in a whole plant extract was over 4 times more potent than isolated CBD. This result is a reflection of what’s known as the “entourage effect,” whereby the therapeutic impact of the whole plant is greater than a single compound or even the sum of the plant’s individual medicinal components.
We can say that “more research is needed” to fully understand the biochemical basis of the entourage effect in epilepsy, but we are well past the point of questioning its existence and importance.

I know this has been covered but —> CBD is CBD regardless of if it’s from hemp or MJ right? Or is it different?
Yeah, but if you don't want to or cannot get high that does not work. Not using the same delivery vehicle may make a difference also...idk. So many unknowns. More science needed. I've heard that several times now about hemp pulling in a lot of heavy metals from the soil IF it exists. Yet they don't mention Mary jane doing the same.

Note to Splat: Don't shit yourself.
Well now I’m doubting the farmer we are partnering with even more.
First off he hasn’t produced the license I keep asking for.
Second he says the strain is 12-15%
Rethinking this whole test plot thing.
BOTOH we grew some Charlottes web last year that was supposed to be help and still test in the teens...

Lulz. I ain’t letting him break ground till I get something in writing.
But chemically speaking there is no difference? It’s only that hemp has a higher risk of contamination due to the lower levels?
Is there not a way to get the impurities out?
Cream will be there in a couple days, ice.
Been using the creamy goodness on my repaired knee in this rainy weather. Helps
Thx Splat!
