    How to true a wheel?

    Bike tech jong here. Anybody have a video or something on how to true a bike wheel?

    spoke tension pulls the rim to either side.

    don't turn anything more than 1/8 rotation at a time.

    make sure tension is even between spokes, they should make the same noise when you flick them. Drive side will be a little tighter than non-drive if on a rear wheel.

    you'll probably fuck it up the first few times you try...lord knows I did.

    1)Remove wheel from bike.
    2)Put wheel in car.
    3)Stop at Quickie Mart, buy 6-pack
    4)Go to LBS, give wheel to tech to true
    5)Listen to tech tell you it'll take blah, blah, blah, x amount of time
    6)Show tech 6-pack, tell tech it is his if he does your wheel now
