There are 7000ft and 5000 ft local descents that are 6-8 hike a bikes or $300 heli ride. I figure if I e pedal up it 8x a year and skip the gas and truck beat down of annual shuttles. The e shred machine would be paid off in 2 years

And you don't have to spend money on bike-specific clothes either. Jorts, new balance sneaks, and no shirt is the way to go. Getting brighter...

Nah, brah. I adopted road bikes, shortly after getting my first MTB in ‘87. Plymouth State, small college town, close to the White Mountain National Forest. At first I was all like, fuck those road weenie posers. MTB’s are the way man. No way I’m ever doing that. Then I test drove a very early on, Cannondale road rig, at the local shop’s Wednesday night ride. It was game on from there. I live half my life in Lycra!

Pedaling Mtn/Road bikes to get fit is for pussies. I rode 26 miles on my Schwinn Cruiser to keep fit on Tuesday. In jeans. With no helmet. Upside down apparently.

A few people feel the rain. Most people just get wet.

This pic from the TR works either way. Light at the end is a mile+ away. Ceiling or floor?

26 miles is a hell of a jont on a single speed cruiser. Nice looking bike though

If money was no option, I’d add one of these puppies to the E quiver

The cool thing about my bike is you could ride it to a bar (or dispo), chain it up, and if you're too fukked up to ride it home, it folds up and fits in the trunk of your Uber. I also fucked up my shoulder real good and the high rise handlebars put a shitload less starin on my torn everything in that shoulder compared to my other two bikes. It rides quite nicely without the pedal assist. I got it fairly cheap, as the battery was bad, and haven't found a cheap enough one to throw down for it yet. Those batteries are expensive.

I’d tow that around everywhere I think, just in case. Be great for camping with a trailer or RV . Trying to drive my truck as little as possible right now with gas prices here

I always wonder wtf would happen if they just took your money and nothing showed up? I mean, they're in China no? Is there even any kind of framework for conflict resolution when alibaba deals go wrong?

That's how we ended up with all those tariffs - trump got stiffed on an Alibaba deal.

China and Russia are so massive. One lake in Russia has 1/5th of the Earths liquid fresh water. Global Power is resources. We are being replaced in the Globalist model. Right now we are the consumers, but China, India, and Russia ultimately are the real players and they don't really have to give a shit about the US in the long view.

It's not a lake, but this place called Antarctica. Solid water is also known as Ice.

You pay by credit card or PayPal, if you don't get it, you get your money back.

Imo, the sellers on alibaba were very professional, responded immediately, etc.
