Might not be the correct spot but might be the best spot... Can anyone educate me on how far back is safe to adjust? Friend's son got new/larger boots which forced backing off the arms. In order to get correct forward pressure it's about one third of the way into the third knurl(sp?). Is that acceptable?

I have a two full sets of the CAST 1.0 toe mounting screws/plates , a pair of green 18 toes with the CAST conversion but also have old regular plate w 5355 afds, and a pair of the 1.0 touring toes brand new in gold

Finding screws is a PITA--I've been able to find the toe and front (short) heel screws ok, but the 18mm pan heads for the rear heel holes are nigh impossible to find. The cast hardware pack for the 1.0 setup used to include 4 of those for the riser/brake retainer assy--same size. Now I guess you gotta make your own, or use the #2 pozidrive ones from slidewright.
