    Chevy Wiring help

I need to know what wire is the power lead for the high beams on a 2000 chevy Blazer.

Anyone know what one it is so I dont have to check the entire bundle attached to the high beam lever.

Could be that was your problem? Try "Google" next time.

Go into the nearest dealer, ask them, they may just tell you. Or, find the connector for that stalk. Use a test light to find which wire goes hot when you turn on the high beams, pretty simple.

"As for the wiring diagram, it's six pages and not something I can easily post here. But If you go to the main branch of your local public library, they will have complete wiring diagrams in the reference section or can print them out of their database."

For future reference, from 95 on:

Chevy S-10 = GMC Sonoma = Chevy Blazer = GMC Jimmy

The first two are pickups and the latter two are mini SUVs. But 99% of the components are exactly the same.
