    Thumbs up

Congrats out to Tyrone Shoe, Mrs. Shoe, LPH, AKA/hardrider, Lou, and Ja Surf and any other maggot riders that attempted this slog!

way to represent the maggots. seems like an interesting race. the crash sounds horrible- I hope the injured is recovering well. kudos to LPH & AKA for providing first response. That just sends shivers down my spine thinking about it. I don't think I'd continue either after experiencing something like that.

but again, props to our maggot climbers. that ride sounds intense.

That computer is a Specialized turbo pro.. street price is at $80-90 dollar and sometimes you can find it on Ebay for $60.00

Here is a link on a review from cyclingnews:

    http://www.cyclingnews.com/tech.php?...o_pro_computer
    Specs:

The Pro features altitude and altitude gain, inclinometer and thermometer, wireless speed function, cadence included, average and maximum cadence, second wheel capability, stopwatch with 12-lap memory, interval timer and distance countdown, clock, current/max/average speed, odometer/trip meter, auto timer and electroluminescent backlight.

Easy calibration offers most popular tire sizes preprogrammed into computer. The second wheel option makes it simple to use the Pro on two bikes with an additional mounting kit.

Congrats dudes. Always wanted to do the DR, but I'm never in shape until the end of the summer seeing as I don't ride much in the winter...

I'm a bit late on this one b/c of my trip so not sure if anyone will actually see this.

What in theory should a first responder do in a situation like that? Any of you medical types care to enlighten us?
He who has the most fun wins!
