Woke up to my girlfriend swearing up a storm about how she had broken the coffee dripper. When I came into the kitchen I found this crime scene.

Bless her heart, she's stubborn and independent and well intentioned and trying her best.

Elderly retirees across the street have an olde light post in the front yard. The lady of the house likes to change the light bulb color for special events. For some reason, she chose red for the Christmas season.
Mrs ::: ::: asks me this morning: Doesn’t a red light mean something?

I've never so many people hauiing carts full of the family's ski gear as I have at Northstar. Now my kids carried their own skis as soon as they started skiing at 3. And they didn't get poles until they could carry those too.

I'm going to give that serious consideration. On second thought, I have a lot of nylon webbing from my climbing days I could use. But where will I put the kayak that's hung in the garage with the webbing?

But do you hate it more than “Have a Blessed Day”? One of these days I’m going to reply with Hail Satan.

What’s chill about driving off a bridge with your pregnant girlfriend tied up in the trunk?

The $160 “Military grade” coffee grinder. That is amusing on many levels to me.

It’s to go with the $1300 self heating Air Force mug:

The carabineer used to attach it has a 200lb rating though. Impressive, and, dare I say, necessary.

    As the resident coffee expert

You must like the fact that it “minces” the beans. With precision
