You should enter your turtle into the TRG animal-Maggot cage match and drug fest.

FWIW mine's my since passed samoyed Bentley, who I thought was a good representation of a powder hound.. although in this picture he was chilling in the bow of our boat mid-summer.

And my name's not Jay, but when I joined teh forums I skied/worked full time at Jay Peak VT.

That makes way more sense; I kept seeing a flattened beaver. Solid homemade heavy infantry unit.

I thought it was Poonam. All I know is her stick was too big to fight a gorilla. Or maybe she qualified for the Olympics? Was she a pole vaulter?

I bet she can’t afford housing wherever she is on a cashier’s salary, though.
    focus.

Is stick fighting an Olympic event? Are they allowed to hit with full force or do they have to pull the strikes for the sake of form and dicipline?

    Very upstate - agreed.
This video has been around for awhile but it always makes me laugh. The golf claps may be the best part. Also, that dude is a legitimately skilled paddler

Speaking of turtle, and unrelated to your avatar, it amuses me that our neighbor has lost her tortoise 3x this summer. She puts the little guy out in the backyard so he can roam in the grass and supposedly watches him. Then she posts on nextdoor that he's missing.
Getting outsmarted by a runaway tortoise may be OK once but THREE TIMES IN A ROW?? How fast cant he fucker move about? It probably takes him 5 minutes to make it to the fence... Fortunately a kid found the turtle this time and liked it so much that she let him keep the little guy.

This spring she lost one of her bunnies, I spotted it in her front yard and returned it. When I heard the turtle story I thought she was either messing with me or I had been drugged and stepped into some alternate reality based on Aesop's fables...

Reposting this--my son had a mud turtle named Bob in a glass aquarium in his second floor bedroom. Bob escaped. A year later he was found in a closed cooler in the basement. Alive and healthy.
