Yeah, but he gets a pass because he's Vietnamese-American, came here as a child and grew up in Texas. Who was going to teach him Yiddish?

After a weekend of camping in the desert, my white-ish dog has a distinct reddish hue.

I have a new neighbor; he just moved 7 goats onto his property. He’s planning to train them as pack animals for elk hunting. I can’t see a scenario where that is even remotely possible, but they are hilarious little neighbors for now.

friend of mine had a couple of pygmy nannies to keep the grass down on a very steep hill on his property. Saw him in the locker room, black and blue from his waist to the back of his knees. Apparently you don't turn your back even on pygmy nannies.

How do you tell if a fence is goat proof? Take a bucket of water and throw it at the fence; if any water passes through, so will a goat.

But they are cool animals for sure. Those square pupils are wack!

There’s a guy that posts to NWhikers and he uses pack goats to roam all over the Cascades. The goats carry most of his shit, he just uses a day pack.

    So, I think it’s possible.

It’s possible! I have a good friend from my home town that has 6 or 7 that he has trained for packing. They are a full on pack string. He said one of the biggest advantages is that he can put them in the bed of his truck and doesn’t need a horse trailer. It’s pretty damn impressive.

Couldn't grab a pic, but a house had a full size skeleton by the road with it's thumb out hitchhiking and a sign, "2021".

believe me, the thought has occurred to me. But then I would not have a bike and the "top dollar" I got would not be enough for a replacement.

I just gave away a 2006 Jamis steel hard tail in pretty good condition. I feel like I might have been able to get “top dollar.”

Heh, I have an older steel Rockhopper for a gravel bike. I never really liked the geometry of the Jamis.

Goddammit, you cheap fucker. Just sacrifice one of your kid's future college tuition payments and buy a new bike.

I had a Jamis commuter in '88 that I liked, it fit me well. It got stolen.

This looks great, likely listed by some drunks out of money on a Saturday afternoon in hopes some moran would see their post and run right over to buy it.
