dude was getting has ass beaten by this redneck chick after he called the girl's mom a cunt in the lift line. i got in the fray to break it up and caught some strays while pulling him off the pile. he socked me, i socked him. he ended up with a broken nose and busted face. i got a shiner. cops showed up and i decided not to press charges. that was that.

For some reason I read that story and I wonder if the dude, girl, or stealurface was wearing overalls during this engagement.

    Speaking of, the new 2025 Corvette ZR1 will make more than a 1,000HP with a twin-turbo flat-plane V8, 'merica!

1064! Pay attention! That's literally the most the engineers felt safe pulling. And they blew two dyno's in the process. That car is madness. The twin turbos nearly embedded in the manifold, the rate at which they rotate (almost the speed of sound), the ability for the engine to clear an olympic swimming pool's volume of air in 4 minutes (imagine filling or emptying a pool that big with fire hoses in four minutes), the measurable thrust (38 pounds) out of the exhaust... all of it. That car is a collector's item and deserves to be in a museum.

I'll be buying one for my father.

My racing background agrees with this message. It's two different sports.

Actually, skiing is all of these sports--
    racing
    chairlifts
    trees
    groomers
    touring
    camping
    powder
    traveling
    with wife
    with kids

    alone

    It's a beast.
I can't wait for them to run it at the Nurburing.

I saw a ZR-1 mule last winter in Empire CO on the way up to ski Winter Park.
    Called my Dad immediately.

    A twin-turbo Chevy.

    What could possibly go wrong?

At granddaughter’s 6th birthday party and wild rumpus, one of the kids blurts out
“I’m not just AT a party, I AM the party!”

At my kid's party--I think 6 years old--neighbor kid yells out at the lady magician "show us your sexy boobies." This kid had a shrink for a father. He used to run into the street without looking all the time and no one tried to stop him.

Wait, did the shrink for a father have something to do with the boobie preoccupation?

I would have been a terrible parent because I would have fallen over laughing, guaranteeing endless repeat performances (by the kid, not by the magician)
