Started a new job recently. Owner is a seemingly very nice genuine guy, with a super squeaky clean cut image and vibe. Currently running to be a local counselor even, in an ultra old school conservative town.

Trying to learn more about my coworkers (ok I admit - was shamelessly scoping out social media accounts lol) I find a picture of him grinning ear to ear in his back yard surrounded by several 10' plus weed plants.

Like it's been legal here for awhile and the stigma is slowly dying out but that still made my afternoon.

Dude when I was in HS I bore witness to a photo of the school's star teacher smoking bong hits, a la M. Phelps.
Keeping that under my hat was a fucking burden sometimes... But anyway the guy who had the pic was like something out of a Jimmy Buffet story - he ran around in a cowboy hat and Hawaiian shirt and pony tail and flipflops and wrap-around child molester shades and was hooked in with Everglades City Fla and the Eternal Brotherhood and was a full-time professional smuggler- but Roger was in The Shit in Vietnam with Billy, my Jesuit high school English teacher and he dropped by and the war buddies celebrated surviving Khe Sanh that's how he had the pic...

They're both dead now, but I never did try to lever it on Billy for a grade. He would have so beat my ass.

Holy shit that's wild! Fuckin Mr Phelps lol.

You brought up a long lost memory of my Dad - he was constantly getting in shit at school for his various young-dude dumbfuckery's, but that came to an immediate halt when he started encountering his married high school principal and his various uh, 'women of ill refute' checking in to the hotel where he worked as a bellhop in Trail BC during his senior year.

He was suddenly bullet proof lol. Not sure if he kept that mum or not.

    Photobucket....

How many years now have they been threatening to cut off accounts and demanding money for photo hosting? I'm not giving those assholes a penny, and my hosted photos are all still up. Pussies.

They're installing Google Fiber in my neighborhood right now. By sheer coincidence, Xfinity emailed me yesterday saying they're doubling my internet speed for free.

Bahaha. Wish somebody would run fiber in my town. Almost anything* to drop Comcast.

*Except Century Link. Glad those assholes aren't around here. Had some overseas commercial stuff that used CL and fuck those fuckers right in the ear. Cue Danno.

Hey - that happened here as well... I should probably look into what sort of competition is being installed 'round these parts.

I'll chime in since Danno is laid up.

Fuck CL with a rusty chainsaw.

Funny, CL just gave me free install, $200, and a modem/router to switch to their fiber from Comcast.

    Seems to work fine.

No contract either. So I just call Comcast and turn it back on if I don’t like it.

From my reading all things non-fiber with CL is horrible, but their fiber seems to be fine.

I get it though. I’ll never patronize another Les Schwab if I can avoid it.

I'm so proud that my rants have had an impact! Fuck CL, aka Satan.
