    Worth reading even for non-lawyers.
This is amazing. Thanks for sharing. So many laugh out loud lines.

I’d love to be a fly on the wall to see one of the justices read it.

I'm hangin out at a coffee shop. A young guy just showed up in an Audi w/ a RTT, walked in set his man purse and matching backpack on one table. Got his fancy coffee thermos filled (has a leather leash to hold it w/), and takes another table outside which he laid out more accessories on. Cigar case, cigar holder, lighter, phone, headphone case.
A women just pulled and looked at him like WTF?

Never in U.S. history has the public chosen leadership this malevolent. The moral clarity of their decision is crystalline, particularly knowing how Trump will regard his slim margin as a “mandate” to do his worst. We’ve learned something about America that we didn’t know, or perhaps didn’t believe, and it’ll forever color our individual judgments of who and what we are.

The Southwest app seems not to work on the wifi at both DIA and Phoenix airports. Can't load my boarding pass on my phone unless I disconnect from the wifi and use cell data. That's amusing.

In line at the checkout of the Grocery Store (it is the spendy place in town but outstanding Yoga Pant viewing).

Lady in front of me asks the checker, "do many people complain about how expensive food is getting"?

    Holy shit.

I worked with someone who went to the Pyrex factory and he thought it was unsafe (correctly) since there was a stream of molten glass that was unguarded so you could have just reached into it. Here they’re one step removed from doing that…. as their job.

A Republican secretary of state candidate in Arizona who claimed last month he goes to the polls in person to vote has a roughly 14-year history of voting mostly by mail, according to Arizona journalist Dillon Rosenblatt.
Mark Finchem, a Donald Trump-endorsed conspiracy theorist, said at a debate last month that he does “not care for mail-in voting” and it’s why he “goes to the polls.”
I know hypocrisy is supposed to enrage us but these qtards amuse me.

The people who stand in line to vote at the polls are the same people who can't figure out how to get out of jury duty. (No I'm not cynical.)
Or people like my wife who didn't get her ballot last election and had to vote at Truckee town hall, where poll workers outnumbered voters 3 to 1. (There were 3 poll workers). It still took her 45 minutes while they checked her ID up and down and tried to figure out how to do a provisional ballot. I suspect she was the only customer they had since the polls opened for early voting.)

    And amusing.
I had some friends that owned a large foundry in Fresno back in the ‘90s, they contracted out some really large fittings for irrigation projects to a company in China. They showed us some video of the foundry over there. The workers were wearing shorts, sometimes a t shirt and flip flops. They moved these giant cauldrons of molten iron around on overhead tracks and tipped them into the castings using long gaffs. No gloves or eye protection of any kind, it was kinda wild.
