in the mid 90-s in Bozeman we saw a flyer about a speaker who was a chronic masterbater / porn addict but then found Jesus and was able to stop. We went to his talk and heckled the shit out of him and it was really awkward for everyone, a bit too awkward for me honestly. I wouldn’t heckle the alien guys but I want to hear what they say and meet them for the entertainment

Idk I just kinda happen to be around when they go down. Facebook events isn't too bad.

July 8th is the MUFON Symposium in Denver. That one would be a pretty good one.

I was a freshman at an elite engineering school, and I had a huge girl crush on this hippy chick that was president of the New Age club. I started going to parties with her and volunteering at stuff with her.

A couple years pass, and next thing I know, I was reallllly caught up... Somewhere in between "S----t-l-gy is the bitcoin piggy bank for smaller alien cults, and they bankroll the music festival media that my friends are all into" and "quitting school to learn software engineering on a polygamist farm co-op to make learning modules that pay the members a cryptocurrency universal basic income".

It was all too much, so I suddenly disappeared and hid out in the deep Chinese countryside for a year, where hippy cult Facebook can not exist.

I had to get back stateside eventually, and when it comes to cult weirdos, the only conviction stronger than their religious beliefs is their political elitism. So, when I returned, I became a construction dude and surrounded myself with Republicans. They never bothered me again.

Appreciate the sage advice. Never heard of ecstatic dance meetups - so I googled. Sure as shit, in more hip populated areas they're as thick as flies. However, in the result list for my town:

Conscious Aging.. 12 attendees

I'm not sure it's going to work out like I pictured.
