    This was a new rule for me, saw it used in the Rox game Sunday night: “Once the fielder goes completely out of play (falls into the stands) after catching the ball the ball is dead and the runners each advance one base from the base last occupied.” Not sure why, don’t even need to tag up- I guess to keep the fielder from trying to scramble out fast and maybe injure a spectator? Adopted in 2016 I guess.
