    Well, that worked out well.

We can plunk Machado next season.

WTF, seriously? I was at a bar and the fuckers wouldn't turn on the sound. LA is ridiculous (I mean, even more ridiculous) if that's true.

Good point, that was definitely a fitting and satisfying way to end the WS. Also a good point that the Sox beat two 100 win teams en route to this Title.

    Loving it!

Haha SVP was like "there was a 1,000% chance that someone was gonna cuss right there. 1,000%"
Whoever it was cut off the end of Cora's locker room speech

And this. Really strong Yankee squad. REALLY strong Astros Squad.

Love how essentially every member of the team had a shining moment in the playoffs. This was a special squad.

I think tonight is as good of a time as any to retire yet another cap. Seems fitting.

I've got another from the vault that will go the next stretch.

Yeah between the 8th and 9th, I was in the other room for a couple minutes and I heard it, i thought it must be Fox just playing it on TV but then I walked back in the room as it ended and I was like holy shit, I think they played that over the PA in Dodgers Stadium, before the 9th!

    What a season.
As mentioned above this Sox team is special, so very good as they tore through 3 quality teams. Got to see them a number of times this season and was always blown away. Lucky actually to see these Dodgers 5 times ( 3 in citi 1 in Chavez, 1 in Fenway) & Red Sox 3 times ( all Fenway) so much talent on both sides.

Dodgers had a hell of a year. I think Roberts is getting killed for some of his moves that would have worked against any other team.
Wont be sad to see Machado in Pinstripes.
    Hope Kershaw stays....

Yeah no doubt the Dodgers are good and I'd expect to see them back next year. Hard to replicate what the Sox did again next year, probably impossible, we'll see what happens in the AL. Congrats on a good season Dodgers.

Congrats to Sox fans, great season. I think after game 4, the Dodgers just didn’t want to go back to Boston.

Supposed to be a high of 50 with a low of 36 with 15-20 mph NW winds tomorrow, let's play two!

    Nobody needs that shit.

As much as I love me some Steve Pearce superheroics, Price deserved the MVP
