That's the least douchy Orvis thing I've seen a while. Cruiser, don't sweat but realize that trout really are very vulnerable specially in the summer. Fly fishing has so many crusty fucks with their noses in the air, it is hard to figure out who knows whats up and who is just an ass. The guy with the fancy Yota with the Simms and Yeti stickers is one of them, I just don't know which.

The best part of fishing season is coming up...go get 'em.

Cuntiness aside, you don’t seem like a stupid person most of the time. Are you really condoning chucking fish in the sand at a C&R spot?

Foggy, as you know, the new spot on the Fraser is right by my house. I’ve seen Klanke out there no less than three times in the last week talking with anglers in the afternoon.
    That guy is a saint.

Plenty of places to fish right now that aren’t too hot.

    Great pics.

Hit up the MKE River just north of MKE an evening while traveling for work recently. Jared at "The Fly Fishers" shop in town is a great guy and they were cool to talk with. It would be fun to fish the deeper sections when some of the bigger boys are running up out of the lake.

Either way, surprisingly peaceful spot, the whole river is wadable in this section with some holes that held small mouth.

Yes, we should only ever catch steelhead, salmon and sturgeon when they are out in the ocean and lakes. You are about as dumb as a lab. I definitely said, it would be fun to target the redds.

The cutthroat pics are fantastic, never had the pleasure of playing with one of those, roo. BTW, the water temps in the mountain lakes here in the B.C Southern Interior are now pushing 70 degrees, which I thought was alarming. After reading your link to record temps in the river systems in your neighborhood, it seems minor. Hope this year is just an anomaly.

in 2 weeks we've now received about 15" of rain. fucking nuts for here. Friday night into Saturday over the course of 5 hours the rain gauge at one of our bridges topped out at 5.5", just about every bridge in northern Lancaster county was shut down yesterday.

exploring new to me lakes has been tough, especially with the high water as of late, but managed to fool a couple bucket mouths
