Apply with resume to 'Lance', attention to detail essential. Anyone else think there will an unemployed bike mechanic from the Discovery team after Lance pulled a foot at on the start. Pulled it straight up, no twist, something is wrong not tension or something.

He probably didn't have it fully clipped in. He did that in the Alps 2 years ago after getting wrecked by a fan's feed bag.
