Ottime, using credit through group buy should work?

    I believe so.

Still waiting for Alterra to release details. I imagine that is some of the stuff they are trying to work out.

Although, it might be considered a Renewal. But not sure.

As soon as I hear from them I’ll post up.

Yeah, the skeptic in me is prepared for no renewal price after deferral.

I'm surprised they are allow those that defer to use the spring option.
No, you can defer now - I did - but you can't use the deferral credit until it posts in your account, which is supposed to be April 19.

I hope they don't raise prices on renewals on April 18...

Oooh definitey getting tempted for a late April / early May Mammoth/Eastern Sierra trip too. A few days in Tahoe, a few days touring off Tioga pass, and a week or so in Mammoths sounds like just what I need to close down ski season. Icing on the cake would be to stay long enough for the Sonora pass opening. Given the dry winter so far, early / mid May opening doesn't seem unreasonable. The upside of these bad winters is that snow conditions won't be as suncupped by the time the passes open. What terrain is usually still open in Mammoth by the time Sonora opens? Not much I presume?

Y'all are making me miss the Eastern Sierras so bad. What a wonderful place. Probably the best spring skiing destination in the lower 48 except Washington. But the vibes and remoteness in Mammoth are probably better.

March 11. Last date to defer.

    I did mine already. Sucks.

Hoping for more travel freedom next winter.

Worst lift served season ever. Except for those 7 days of powder in Valhalla. But that was supposed to be two weeks.

Renewals discount goes until early May I believe.

The group rate will go up May 18th (still gathering info)

Main lodge. Chair 2 perhaps. Otherwise 1,3, 23 and Gondola. Usually that is the case. Plenty of terrain

This explains why the Juniper Springs hotel was really cheap for the weekend of April 23. The lift from there is going to be closed, isn't it?

Well, it'll still be a nice place to stay...

    I imagine this year.

We stayed there Presidents week. 4 nights for $850. Felt like a steal. I like walking to the lifts.

If you are lucky there will still be a white ribbon back to the hotel.

Typically Eagle closes after Easter and Canyon a week or two later.

They had Canyon open Memorial Day ‘19, and there was a snow all the way down to the tents at Eagle. And chair 9 spinning.

Late April will probably still have 10, 5, 4 and maybe a few more lifts spinning.

Ah, that explains the cheap Marriot. Is there lodging at the Main lodge side? WTF, if everyone has to drive, whatever.

There is a lodge through a mammoth at the Main Lodge. I believe it is called Main Lodge.

Shuttles are an option. No idea where the Marriot is. If near the Village the gondola will run until Canyon closes.

Btw Main is 2100’ north facing and steep. At least the top half.

Jezuz, fuck Mammoth, if that's the attitude.

You guys are going to be all core about a fucking parking question. No way.

And the hotel over by the Main Lodge isn't called Main Lodge, morons.
