Thank you! They look like -6cm mounted, 21mR pieces of upper-end-of-average-ability hot garbage. That's what sells. Hope I'm wrong.

Edit: Reine does not look happy.

Will be interested to hear reports, especially comparison to the MFree 108.

With an assist from Bandit Man, I finally got my LP105s I bought from TAFKALWS 3(!) years ago mounted up. It's a long story with lots of hole conflict, but I'm ready to take them out. Also mounted my Proto 118 to test against my BGs. Just need to get them in a pic with my MFrees for the full Dynastar family picture. Also looking at adding a skinnier MFree or MPro to the mix next year.

^ where did you mount the Protos? Have a pair inbound, usually mount stuff on the line, but mostly skied traditional skis, Kastle Fx104s, Stormriders (95 and 115) etc. had a pair of Enforcers, moved them back, my mpro99’s probably would have liked a smidge back.

    Thanks

Probably covered up thread but don't remember it being discussed.

Where is everyone mounted on the MF108? I have maybe 10 days on my 192 and was thinking to move them back from the line.

I'm on the line, but -1 seems like it would be fine, too.

Went with a 182 version of the MFree108, really wish I had gone with the 192 version. Such an easy and intuitive ski.

Probably will look to offload them sooner rather than later. If anyone is regretting going longer and wants to go shorter, I'd be willing to do a swap. They're 1x mount for a CAST-ed Look Pivot and a 305 BSL.

I think these have a pretty big sweet spot. I’ve skied mine on the line and at +1. Prefer them on the line as I feel there’s too much tail at +1.

    I don’t think you’d hate them at -1.

Perfect conditions for that ski too, I’m sure the feedback will be relevant

Finally got the mF108's in some real snow, we got 14" of medium density overnight. Y'all were right, it's a really good ski.

    Durable too...

I've got a BNIP mfree 108 in the 192cm for sale. I can't justify a 192 length for that possible 1 day every other year. Plus imma puspus these days. PM if wanted.

Now that I’ve fully drank from the mFree hose I just ordered the 99. Mpro 99 will be hitting gear swap soon.

I'm looking at the R99, but pretty sure it's more like the MPro than the MFree.

^^ ding ding, r99 is nothing like the mfree 99. Embrace the cool aid.

I think that’s the point. Why would you want a ski that’s 9 mm narrower but really the same.

A ski like the forthcoming r99 or Monster 98/OG Legend Pro is for ski fuck skiing and scaring tourists on the way back to the lift. If it’s soft enough for a ski like the mfree 99 then I’m grabbing my 108s.
