I have a feeling that Amazon has known exactly what city they want to build the HQ2 in all along and this bidding process is all just an attempt to get this city to offer up bigger incentives.
I certainly hope it doesn’t go to Denver, but I did just buy a house so that would be pretty nice if my property value skyrocketed

I never understood the value of having my home skyrocket in price.
To replace it, I'd have to move somewhere else.
