    Looks like Clear Creek Canyon will be closed a while

    200 ton rock slide somewhere in the Canyon. I'm pissed, peak runoff is right now and you can't get to the river. Maybe I'll float in from above.

    i have probably drivenn through the canyon 300 or 400 times maybe more. Scary Shit to be driving along and next thing you know your in the creek.

    Pinner's idea makes sense. If the tide is going out you should be able to paddle right up that sucker.

    CDOT says the road could be closed for a month. I need to find out if you can drive up 1/2 way, I doubt it. Blurred, at 300-400CFS Rigor is not that bad. The narrows is a tougher rapid in my opinion. Anyone want to run the upper Dumont section tonight and hit the Lawson play hole?
