In this case only, it's a good thing the better half hates sports with a passion...

I'm going to be in Hood River the week of May 20-26 and if weather cooperates, hoping to get in some volcano skiing. Anybody interested in a mid-week trip up and down Adams, Hood, or elsewhere?

Feeler: anyone here have interest in buying a 161 cm 2012 Voile MojoRX splitboard? Lightly used, good condition. Medium-soft board, I wouldn't recommend above 160-170 lbs depending on how aggressive of a rider.

No bindings or pucks. I might be able to throw some old ass skins in with them and also original generation Voile slider tracks and ski crampons.

price negotiable, just trying to see if anyone on here is interested. Spring cleaning and such, and I have more splitboards than I need.

I know it's the wrong time of year to ditch gear, but maybe someone is thinking about gearing up for volcano hunting, as it's high time on Shasta right now, I'm sure Adams is in play soon, Sisters probably firing soon?

Forest service climbing report from 4/30 says snow down to 4k feet, road to south climb trailhead still has snow. Driveable until about 5 miles out from the trailhead.

    Hey Mags,
Been awhile since anything from me. Been getting my little ones in the snow which means less shred for me.

Big news, we are moving to Minnesota in a couple weeks. Getting the cousins together. Leaving many great memories in the Cascade’s.

I appreciate everyone I’ve had the pleasure making turns with the last 9 years.

    Good luck with the move

Need an overnight babysitter for two kids, in bend, Hood River or anywhere in between in the last three weeks of May, a few days each week.

    Help!

bobby how long you in town?

I think I'll be at Bach on Saturday. My current plan is to get there early, skin up to the top in the morning (I'm hiking Grand Canyon next week and need to train), then use the last day left on my pass to spin some slush laps after lunch.

Big thank you to everyone that recommended Bob Olsen in Parkdale. Dude makes me feel like a pro. Boots are feeling better than ever.

Got my new Hoji's mounted up yesterday and took them out for a spin.
